Seafoam House is a super pink cottage on harbour edge, overlooking sandy harbour beach. Fabulous views from all main windows. Patio garden bordered by sea wall with raised dining area and barbeque.
      Seafoam House is situated on Ilfracombe heritage harbour adjacent to excellent local restaurants (including Damien Hirsts 11, The Quay) friendly pubs, cafes and all of the towns holiday amenities.
      You can watch the fishing boats land their catch and buy crabs and lobsters for supper!
      Seafoam House has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, including an open plan kitchen/diner/family room, 2 bathrooms ( one with shower cabinet) and sleeps 8 (2x doubles, 2x twins) plus cot and high chair.
      The house is newly refurbished and fitted out with range cooker, American style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility room, with space to store luggage, surf boards etc.
      Both lounges are are well equipped with TV's DVD, CD player and radio. There is central heating and modern built in electric fires, all energy costs are included. Seafoam House is situated on the harbour and accessed through the beer garden of an adjacent hotel. This is a private right of way to this house and the next door cottage only.
      Car parking is 50 meters away in the residents permit car park, 2 permits are available foc. for use during your stay. All beds are made up ready for your stay and towels and T towels are provided for your use, the double rooms have bath robes for use during your stay. There is a pack of basic items such as toilet rolls, soap, wash up liquid, cleaning stuff, bin bags and cloths provided, plus gas for the barbeque. A welcome gift with a bottle of wine, tea / coffee tray with cake and biscuits is provided, to help you relax at the start of your holiday.
