We are 1 hour from junction 27, M5. Take the North Devon link road - A361 at junction 27 to Barnstaple, then follow the signs to Ilfracombe.

Upon entering Ilfracombe follow signs for the ‘Seafront’. You will see the Landmark theatre complex with it's conical towers on the left hand side. Carry straight on, passing St James Church, which stands in it's own grounds on the right hand side.

FOR ADMIRAL'S HOUSE AND BENBOW - At the end of the road turn right. Continue straight ahead onto a gravelled surface (this may look like a no entry road but it is an access road).  Follow the road around and you will find The Admiral's House and Benbow cottage on the right, overlooking the harbour.

FOR SEAFOAM HOUSE – At the end of the road turn left then follow the road round to the right.  Seafoam is the pink house accessed through the terrace of the Royal Britannia Hotel.  Park as close as you can to unload before moving your vehicle to the designated parking area.
