Flats are available from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day
of departure.
Payment of 25% is required on booking with balance due one calendar month
prior to arrival. Payments by cheque only.
Telephone reservations are accepted provided they are followed immediately
thereafter by a confirming letter with payment of 25%
No flat may be used for sleeping more persons than indicated to the
proprietors at the time of booking.
Any breakages, loss or damage to the premises, fixtures or contents must
be paid for.
Please leave apartments in a clean condition on departure.
Cancellations cannot be accepted once a firm booking has been made and,
although the proprietors will make every effort to re-let the accommodation
if requested, the person making the booking is responsible for the full
amount if re-letting proves unsuccessful.
